I may be wrong but they look abnormally long/low, rather than the size.

Yeah, I don’t think that’s photoshopped.
I agree, I think these ones are really. There’s no change in the sharpness of the image - usually when enlarged they look blurrier. Colour matched, pattern of shaved hair and the shadows. Pretty confident this is just a naturally blessed man.
The above picture is from Brighton 2014. I found this other great picture from 2014 online. Not sure if it has been posted before.
