I typically don’t comment on the idiotic statements on this board because I’d be here all day, but out of all the nonsensical statements on this crazy assed board, yours is at the top. He is paid incredibly well for something he loves doing. Most people work a lifetime doing something that brings them nothing other than a paycheck. I’d never want to be an accountant but I don’t begrudge anyone for making it their career choice because they love numbers.

There is a difference between an artist who does hair and someone revels in unrealistic female hairstyles as if they are the second coming. The way he acts is vapid and the way he does hair is vapid.
I'm sure he is putting for on the table. I commented that him getting worked up over Kim Kasdshians hair, was a turn off.
I too am a licensed cosmetologist and have a focus in women’s hair and find your comments completely rude and uncalled for. While you may think it’s a vapid career or a waste of time, that is only your opinion. We literally get into this career to make other people feel beautiful. Period. If you have a problem with that, that’s on you. And of course he acts like he’s the shit, because he is huge in Hollywood. He worked hard, paid his dues, and more than likely makes more money than you could ever hope to.
Has he though? Passion for something doesn't make it any less of a turnoff. As a gay man, nothing is more superfluous to me than women's hair. You also don't know how much other people earn. Gay, male, married couples like me and my husband, are statistically the highest earning couples by a wide margin in the US.

How are you people so hurt over me viewing his career choice as a turn off? Womens hair and womens hair styling are uninteresting, unimportant, work. For all you know, I myself am a hairstylist and feel this way. If you want to draw psychological conclusion do so elsewhere.
