"Hollywood" is just a way to depersonalize the issue.. society put pressure on people and beauty standards all the time.. I'm on internet for a long time.. and I see people calling Zac Efron "ugly" and "old looking" since at least 2014.. it's almost 10 years ago

It all could be true, but there's something about the whole "I broke my face being silly around my house" explanation that feels made up, like something a Grindr hookup would come up with on the spot to explain why they don't look like their photo anymore.

This happened in 2013.. not that I doubt an accident can give permanent damage... Its likely that his face got more squared because of steroids or something like that.. I remember his face bloated in the beggining of 2021.. then it normalized, then it bloated again when he did this film and it seems to be like that for a while
Lots of good scenes of him and his bod in A Murder at the End of the World. It’s a great show and he’s a nice cherry on top lol
