I really don’t think he’s Gay. To my eye, he’s just a healthy, intelligent young guy who’s having fun being hot. He used to be quite overweight - as is most of his family. He’s talked about this.
He lives in a house in West Hollywood (somebody’s making $, Weho is NOT cheap) and I believe his parents live with him.
These young, hip, mostly affluent guys are very relaxed about sexuality. They’re not bothered by LGBs or Ts, not racist, sexist or classist. They’re happy with their lives and happy with themselves. They don’t have a reason or the time to be up in people’s faces about stupid bullshit.
I truly don’t think he’s queerbaiting. I do think he’s flirting. Everyone likes admiration, and if he wasn’t comfortable with attention, he wouldn’t be doing what he does for a living.
Not all straight guys are uptight Troglodytes.
