So for the past two/three years, I’ve been having issues with my penis: It hurts after I cum. It doesn’t matter whether it’s after sex or jerking off. Before i had this issue, i could jerk off several times a day and pain would usually set in after the 5th time. But even then it was a dull pain. These days even erections are painful sometimes (without coming). And I can only cum twice or three times in a day before the pain becomes unbearable. It doesn’t matter if I give my johnson some rest.
I’ve tried withholding sex/jerking for a month in the past to see whether the issue would resolve yet still felt pain after I jerked off. And it’s not like I grip too hard.

And as if that isn’t bad, it seems like I’ve been losing sensitivity as well. As you can imagine all this has an impact on my sex life.

Any idea what might be going on? I’ve thought of going to my doctor to get it checked but that’s a very daring step to take as one might understand lol.

You already know the answer: See an urologist. They have seen many dicks and yours will be just one amongst them. Avoid seeing a doctor will just make the problem worse.
