Yes, happened a couple of times, largely due to people having the nearly the same name/contact information. Once, I sent a nude to group chat but accidentally sent to another group which included a nephew and some of his buddies which we had been communicating about work experience. Another time, sent a nude photo to a guy who requested it online, only to send to someone else with the same first name with whom i had done business. After several errors, I've learned to double check the address/account and also clear the auto-fill information.
