It does appear shorter but that is likely because that added girth at the base changes the proportions.

I don't think he's smaller in girth at all. His dick looks different because he obviously had a "procedure" done that added girth. This changes the whole look and visual perception of it on camera.

I agree, and suggest @rooster8 play it safe and consider a urology consult to be sure he doesn't have prostate issues. Even without a problem, as we age our volume decreases, sometimes rather dramatically, sometimes it fluctuates. Considering how common prostate cancer is, and how treatable, it's worth checking.

Thanks i already did. Got the finger more than once over this. Ultrasound of the nuts too. They concluded pain is from scar tissue of the cauterized tube. Im no doctor and dont know why but load volume was instantly decreased. Ive tried extra hydration and such. No change.
