I was into pumping regularly about 15 years ago. I would do long sessions and end up filling a 2.5x10 inch cylinder. Despite gaining half an inch (which has remained) I felt like I overdid it and got rid of the equipment. Flash forward to present and I have regained an interest. 1. Yes, and I now use it regularly. I tried a Bathmate in college, but I didn't see much benefit to it and I threw it out after a couple weeks to avoid potential embarrassment if someone found it in my apartment. Now I have two pumps and three cylinders from LeLuv, and I love them!

2. I've grown a bit in girth, permanently, over about a year and a half using it. I used to be roughly 5.25-5.5 inches girth, but now I'm 5.5-5.75 inches, even when I've been away from the pump for days. I think I'd say I've grown about 1/3 of an inch. That takes a LOT of dedication to achieve, though, and it's a tiny change. The bigger benefits are erection quality, which improves if I don't overpump, and temporary girth.
