Unless they've changed, OF is notoriously stubborn when it comes to refunds of any kind. You're better off disputing the charge through your bank. That's why I'm grateful for LPSG. Unfortunately, the best way to know if an OF is worth your money is word of mouth and research. Big thanks to those taking one for the team.
