No. I think he's too shy and too worried about what people would think if he did anything like that. Even for a movie/tv role.

I'd prefer him to go that route than to just do it with someone off the street for money. I care much more about his well-being than his body. Many straight-identifying male celebrities have done gay-themed work, so it's never impossible. Harry Styles I think doesn't identify as straight completely, but with as big of a following he has, he has no concern on taking on a new movie where he will have gay sex scenes. Someone like Nick Jonas, who is more similar to Hayes Grier than Harry, has taken on gay roles but he never made them convincing nor did he seem comfortable in the actual gay physical affection scenes. But maybe as Hayes grows as an actor or celebrity figure doing w/e, maybe he'll come across something that will allow him to take on such a thing should he be open to it. I think Nash would do it before Hayes.
