Yeesss that's the best way to explain it. he's clearly an exhibitionist and hides it through "naturism"
most of the other nudists out there dont blatantly flash their mostly erect penises and say that's normal for the sizes to change. most of them don't get nude with the focus being their dicks lol. and the way he hides it is so hot to me. the denial makes it hotter. like he's giving us clues

Another possible explanation is that he simply is a textbook influencer posing as an activist, which are very common in social media. They attach themselves to a cause (in Hector's case, nudism) and believe that the more views and clout ($$$) they get, the more they advance their cause... hence why he doesn't bother to block or denounce men making sexual comments about his dick on Twitter: as long as they give them views and subscriptions, he's A-OK with showing his semi-hard penis.

This is also why he and his ex-wife ditched their nudist club: they realized it's way easier and cheaper to just sell their nudes on Patreon/OF rather than going through the hustle of managing a community and organizing nudist events.
