Help Lose Weight

So for the past good few years of my life, I’ve been a bit overweight, I’ve lost some in the last 2 years, but I’m still pretty chubby.

I want to start a workout routine and get slimmer, but I really don’t know how to go about it.

Could anyone give me a good amount of tips and would even be willing to coach me?
 
I can coach you but would need toknow a lot more about you. If you have even a small amount of money,there are LOTS of advice online for it--Men's Health I've found excellent, SculptNation is good but he's also selling supplements. He does give good advice, tho'. Do a search and you will come up with a source suited to you. Nutrition is something some guys don't seem to think is impostant--that is surprising to me. Good Luck!
