Those are really rough shots. The second photo you can see how much he’s aged.
He’s not losing his looks or anything but he’s getting too old for a clean shave and long hair now.

He’s the same age as Chris Hemsworth and Andrew Garfield.
41 isn’t that much of a relative decline in looks for male celebrities. I think a lot of men reach their hotness in their late 30s / early 40s and finally look like men.
It is clearly for him. Like most British men they age horribly.
That hairstyle is a warcrime. It certainly contributes to the worsening of his looks.

Amazon now owned the rights for James Bond, and Jeff Bezo launched a poll/survey in instagram asking fans who they want to see as the next Bond. And Henry has the biggest vote.
Dude needs to go out more, get be seen by paparazzi or the press, get back to his bulked up action hero frame, post some workout video in IG, get a nice straighten short haircut, get a good stylists, and put on some moisturizer, and maybe a tiny bit of makeup when going out, lol.
I know he is very passionate with Warhammer, but that is very expensive to produce and it doesn't have that big of a fan base compared to James Bond, so that project is very experimental. If he needs a sure blockbuster, and adds another legacy (other than Superman) to his belt, James Bond is the better project.
