As this thread is likely going to become more popular as people watch Ragnarok, I highly recommend all of you to watch Hermann in the work he was known internationally: Skam. He doesn't appear much but the story of season 3 (Isak and Even) is one of the best gay stories I've seen and definitely different to whatever gay story you have seen in american series or movies.
