The photo labeled lifeguard training is of comic TV actor from the 1950s-60s Wally Cox. He was, in fact, very close friends, possibly lovers with Marlon Brando. They were roommates for a while and there is a notorious photo allegedly showing Brando with Cox's cock in his mouth.

One supposes it depends on the writer and director. But like with Marilyn Monroe, eventually there will be more than one biopic on the great and fascinating Mr. Brando.
