John Gibson was Playgirl's MOTM in April 1975.

In 1986 he was a regular on the popular TV soap opera The Young and theRestless and was engaged to Vanna White. Sadly, while flying solo, he experienced a fatal plane crash in Santa Ana, CA.

The well known boot camp series, can’t stop watching them. Sadly the photographer didn’t lower his camera enough the get a clear view of the jewelry of all the men. Only the short guys are slightly visible.

Newly arrived Marines at Busan, South Korea, 1950.

Corporal Curtis J. Wells, MIA, South Korea 1951, remains returned to the U.S. in 2016. I was stationed at a Navy Photo Lab in Hawaii back in the early 1980s. I provided photographic support to the command still searching for missing military personnel from previous wars. One task was making prints of the missing like this portrait of Corporal Wells. It was at this point me that the missing went from just a number to a real person.
