I totally recognize the image. I'm sorry I don't have a name, but I know exactly who the photographer is (and whose POV/feet you're seeing.) He's this photographer that lives in downtown LA (or, at least did at one point.) He did a lot of nightclub / hospitality industry photography and he was someone behind the scenes at a mainstream 2000s/2010s gay porn studio like Randy Blue (or a similar studio.) I think he was a videographer/editor there. His Tumblr documented his own erotica / art porn, which was much more interesting than the mainstream gay porn he worked on. Some of his models were porn actors and some were just kinky LA gays.

I think his boyfriend (husband?) was in some of the photos and videos, too. He would sometimes be in the photographs, too. He himself was a late 30-something / early 40-something brunette beareded guy (possibly Italian, Latino or of Mediterranean origin?). Fairly unremarkable looking guy with a very average, not very muscular body, and a huge, beautifully proportioned cock, which featured prominently in his photography.

If he's still active, I'd bet that he has an OnlyFans or Patreon or something like that.
