I couldn't sleep, so I've been up all night trying to figure out the answer to your question, and I'm going to say that the Twitter account most likely isn't his. But I think I was able to find who he actually is (tl;dr and links to more images/videos at the bottom).
I assume that the Twitter account you're talking about is GQ_posts, since that's the account that comes up from Google reverse image search. I'm only assuming that it's not him because by the time I find the account all but one photo is left.
It took awhile to find the guy in the actual images. After putting your images in both Pimeyes and FaceCheck.id and then plugging in the results in both Google and Yandex, I was able to find this full image:
The websites listed alongside this image were tumblr compiler sites, and after clicking on one of them I was able to find the name of someone who reblogged this image, LoboWrestler24. I went to his tumblr... and it was gone. A few backups of the blog was in the WayBack Machine, but nothing containing the man in question. But after awhile of Google searching I found out that Lobo's blog wasn't deleted, just renamed to LoboFighter24. So, I went to his archive and began scrolling. I wouldn't recommend doing this yourself cause there is A LOT in his archive. But, after reaching late June 2023, I found his reblog of the above image here:
The name of the original blog was listed as "wolf-dens-blog-deactivated20231", but if the last bit of that name didn't give it away, it was also delisted. I went to the WayBack Machine and there was nothing. But, typing "wolf dens blog tumbex" into google gave me this reblog archive: wolf-dens-blog-deactivated20231 wellfedbrosEveryth... - Tumbex
If you look at the images in this reblog, you'll see that the gym equipment is the same as the equipment in you video, meaning that WDB is in fact the guy in your pictures and not just some look-alike.
I wasn't able to find a current account, but I hope the information I've provided can help you in your own search. Below are links to other tumblr/tumbex reblogs of WDB if you wanted more.
