However, in Corporate Ethics courses, you learn that it is a vile and clearly unethical act to speak badly of those who provide your bread. In fact, speaking badly of the company can be grounds for dismissal, and that is quite legitimate.

I repeat what I said: if gays are such horrible people, why does he still do gay scenes? If a company has employees that I despise, then it is a case of resigning. He has autonomy, an image, and can sign contracts with whoever he wants. It is not like a worker who depends exclusively on a certain company for income. Look at these big celebrities when they give controversial interviews: the vast majority of them apologize and have the humility to acknowledge their mistake and say they will try to learn.
