- Soft "thin-curvy" body, or only having lean and toned musculature like having strong thighs and abs but no big beefy arms or chest
- Possibly gifted with a full feminine booty
- Possibly gifted with some above average areolas / nipples (rare for males obviously)
- Shaved down smooth other than their cock.

Or, in your "Trap Level" ones... bordering on damn near having the full on body of a chick and you'd never know they were a guy until their hairy cock gets whipped out haha. Example would be "Shiri Allwood" for instance who cosplays Tekuho Femboy hentai characters from time to time.

They don't even have to be gay or bi even if the majority indeed are.

Feminine looking men / Twinks are one thing... femboys are a different category all together.
