Just within my world sphere , I've done three guys who were 9", two guys who were 8", one guy who was 7.5", one guy who was 10.5", a half a dozen who were 6", one guy who was 11". IF I expanded my sphere, I'm sure the size factor would dwindle.

Some facts:
1. The very limited set of scientific studies done using the most rigorous and objective measurements put the average erect length at 5"-6".
2. Penis length seems to follow a normal distribution curve like this one:

I've seen different studies. BTW, my foot length is definitely at 4 standard deviations at 12 1/4 inches long or 31.1 cm (1/32,000 men). (26.3 mean and 1.2 s.d.) But with endowment size, it varies a lot based on the study. The one I like the most has a mean of 12.9 cm and standard deviation of 2.1 cm, which puts me at about 4.2 deviations, or about 1/100,000 people, but i don't think that could be right. I would say i am between 3 and 4 s.d, at about 22 cm. I like to think I am proportioned well, with 4 sigmas in every nice category (height is a little under 3 s.d.). The study above is the American Urology Society, I think 2006 study.

It's like finding a unicorn, and the statistical studies don't lie. I think there are many on here in a fantasy world which is fine, but I tend to live more in reality. My anecdotal evidence for 8 inch cocks is that I can count the number I've seen on one hand, and they were just at 8 inches, and I'm highly sexually active (likely seen around 1,200+ cocks over the years).
