Surely you are trolling? Ok, if you're being serious, yes, if you are young and fairly good looking, you can have your pick. Even if you're not that hot, a lot of older men will be into you.

So if your first question was serious, you don't really have to do anything to get an older guy to be interested, other than to show interest towards them. There's no magical secret to it, guys are often pretty horny. It's a whole another thing to find someone safe to explore your sexuality with.
