I have not removed my Frenulum for aesthetic reasons. Prefer not to touch the glans completely during j/o. As a cut guy (I believe that my frenulum was left mostly intact).

That said that area is so so sensitive but not in a "too much" way the glans can be after so much play. Imagine the way your glans penis will feel after ejaculation and someone comes and rubs it. That kind of "too much". And yes "glans penis" is the correct terminology.

I do it one of two ways: mainstream way with hand semi-tightly over shaft, fingers on back hitting frenulum area and thumb/index finger straddling top, but barely nudge bottom of glans. Or what I did since very young use my fingers and just rub back side by frenulum so glans rubs against stomach/groin/belly whatever. I typically have to finish the final moments if going that way using method #1 as the glans is too sensitive for the finish to be pleasurable that way.
