I chose the first answer as making out and foreplay is almost always occuring before I get a blowjob.
Kissing and fondling gets me hard, so I'm usually hard 99% of the time if we have been doing that before the clothes come off.
On the rare occasions when the woman I'm with just wants to suck me, as soon as she says that or starts unzipping me, I'm going to start to get hard.
