Hey guys, i'd like to know how to ejaculate more and produce more cumshots. I know there are tons of threads about it, but I have not found something definitive yet. So, what are your personal experiences? How to increase the volume of your ejaculation? And how to shoot farther? Thx!

I don't remember where I initially saw it, but I started taking magnesium and zinc, daily. This was about 2 months ago. Saw great results in about 2 weeks. I had no issues with what I already had going on (see a video) but, uh, it worked. Was already lucky enough to squirt 8-10 times. Now, it's 10-14 and just ridiculous.

A lot of these home remedies get conflated and confused and people who haven't tried them start advocating for them.

I've tried a lot and the fact is that it really just comes down to three things, hydration, overall health, and time since your last ejaculation.

There are some supplements that will do something, like zinc, or diuretics that don't really increase volume but only by increasing the ratio of water in the fluid. You can overdose on Zinc, and cause organ damage at certain levels, but even at the levels low enough to increase volume you'll find you have a nagging headache until you stop taking the supplement.

Watermelon, has nothing to do with semen production. This is being conflated with some other rumor, the fact is that it contains something similar to the active ingredients in viagra, cialis, etc. Watermelon just makes it easier to achieve an erection, and even that is debatable unless you are eating a huge amount of watermelon. Any increase in volume is the result of all the water in the watermelon, you would have the same impact from drinking an extra glass of water.

Maybe there are still some secrets that exist, but if any of you found that one of these works as well as people claim then you would put it in a pill and start selling it. If that's true then you have to ask why no one else has already done that. It's not because they don't know about it, because they can ask this question on the internet too, and everyone knows that nothing will sell better than something that enhances any aspect of a man's sexuality.

So why aren't pharmaceutical companies selling a pill that contains zinc, magnesium, watermelon, celery seed, L-arginine, lecithin, etc.? The idea that they work is far from secret, they have the resources to do it and market it, and we know it would be a cash cow. They don't make it because it doesn't work, and the placebo effect only works on the small percentage of the population that buys boner pills at gas station cash registers.

The fact is that these only work because they are overwhelming some aspect of your physiology (like zinc), they are hydrating you through a non-direct method and so would be as useful as a glass of water, or you are having a psychosomatic response (placebo effect). There's nothing wrong with a placebo effect if it works, in fact it might be better than a real medication, but that doesn't mean that the supplement being taken is actually having an impact.

If I decide that swallowing a paper clip once a day will make me cum more, and I truly believe that, then that result could actually manifest merely through the thought that it would do so. Obviously, there is no physiological mechanism that would make a paper clip result in more semen but if I report an increase then we know that one of two things is happening. First, the suggestion of the change could be enough to manifest it as described above, or the thought of this supplement having an impact makes my analysis of the results more selective.

For example, if I take the supplement and there's no change then its easy to dismiss it as though it just hasn't had a chance to take effect yet, rather than that it doesn't work. This might happen a dozen times and I dismiss it each time, but on the 13th time I produce a huge load of cum. Regardless of the cause, the person who is in the state of mind being described will dismiss the previous instances and acknowledge only the one in which a difference was experienced, and will opt to attribute the change to the supplement rather than to whatever other differences might be present on the day when the difference is seen.

Everyone thinks they are not susceptible to this, and that they know their body so well, but the fact is that all people are very susceptible to this kind of influence. In fact, the more you reject the concept the more likely it is that you are impacted by the placebo effect. It is only when you are aware of the placebo effect that you can overcome it. For example, I recently decided to try celery seed again based on an new method of consumption. Having tried it a few years and seeing what the real effects were I am less susceptible to the placebo effect, while another member of this board doing the same experiment but without previous experience with celery seed is claiming a miraculous change. My knowledge of its ability to work or not prevents me from being impacted by the placebo effect which is currently affecting the other member of the forum, and I can prove through reasoning that this is the case (I'm going to post about that in the celery seed thread in the next couple of days).

If you want to cum more just make sure you're staying well hydrated, cut out as many unhealthy habits as you can, and try to avoid taking in substances that are not of much use to your body.

The amount of my ejaculate, as well as the intensity of the orgasm, has increased extremely since i have been taking l-arginine, celery seed extract and zinc.

You have to give the whole thing a couple of weeks until you feel, see and perceive a change. but it works for me.

Take about 3000mg l-arginine, 500mg citrulline, 500mg zinc and 500mg cellery seed extract.

And of course it also helps if you are abstinent for a few days and then additionally delay the orgasm by edging.
Then i notice that i am producing good amounts of precum and then have a really significantly different, longer and more intense orgasm with creamier and more sperm than before taking the supplements.
