You might want to draw that conclusion, but it's a faulty one. Cock size is determined by genetics. Two-thirds of the males on the planet are uncut. So the majority of small cocks will be uncut.

No attempt to smear uncut cocks at all. Not sure how being uncut/cut determines penis size as this is genetic.
