I just wish we all could talk to each other, without such pressure from beauty standards. I'm a demisexual pessoas person, so I get attracted to people mostly from another characteristics, but the looks. In fact, once I've tried to get along with a guy just because I thought he was nice looking, and it was plain awful! So this just doesn't make sense for me. And I don't feel objectified when we just talk about my body, and your feelings. It's more like when people treat me how they please, disregard of how I'm feeling about it, and I feel used as an object. Thank you! And you're right, connection is very important to most humans, but that's usually not necessary to start a sexual attraction feeling.

I guess most humans feel sexual attraction based on visuals, a touch, a kiss... For me these things kinda don't matter (almost).

I once loved (and was actually married for years) someone who I not just didn't find visual attractive, but the kiss was a very mismatch, and the sex was, well, complicated. But my feelings were so strong, that I was always sexually attracted to them. Until the love was gone and the sexual attraction ended as well.

It may looks "beautiful" and "enchanted" for some, but believe me, being unable to say with honesty to the person you most love in the world a simple "You're so beautiful" is just not fair to them, or to me. It's actually hell.

As if that was not enough, the reverse is also true. Look someone that you feel like is hot as hell, and then they being available and wishful to get along with you, for maybe a kiss or something more, but if you don't feel some feeling of any sort that is strong enough to start the sexual attraction is equally absurd, and cruel. I was there too, with a floppy dick and zero lust.

It's kinda funny, actually, to learn to navigate through life being a demissexual. It's in the realm of asexuality, so we're not alone, at least.
