Will note from what I know about him that guy scams quite a bit so I would steer clear
He seems to have gone full tilt into the "model lifestyle" -- plastic surgery, sketchy "supplement" IV's and injections. To me he looks way more fake and less attractive now. I predict he moves to LA to complete the transformation lol.
“Model lifestyle” doesn’t include plastic surgery in-fact plastic surgery is very uncommon with successful model’s especially male models. These posts were clearly him promoting that clinic for IV supplements not plastic surgery. I don’t believe he has had any plastic surgery he is just maturing. High fashion models don’t live in LA as there’s zero jobs there unless it’s for some irrelevant brands. The ‘models’ that live in LA are usually fitness, glamour or influencers claiming to be models. Whereas Ian works in Europe and New York. The ‘model lifestyle’ you have judged here is incorrect.
I stand corrected about the "model lifestyle", I probably should have said influencer lifestyle. Others have claimed he's had plastic surgery (buccal fat removal, see below), and the "clinic" he's promoting offers dermal fillers -- with the sudden/significant change in his face, my bet is that he's had work done. Probably most here see his "new look" as an improvement, but to my taste he looks more fake and generic now -- just an opinion.
I mean, I'm not too surprised. He was like 18-19 years old when he entered the modeling industry and well he was probably getting as some fat paychecks at a pretty early age that probably helped motivated him to continue the modeling career.
Also probably the biggest influence. His brother was James Charles
He's lost his appeal to me, just another generic muscle twunk now
