What details I can provide:
I saw the first video in full a long time ago on emule/edonkey. There's supposed to be audio and it was over 20 minutes of spying various men at the matsuri around the beach.
The 2nd video was 1 of 4 posted on Xtube around 2016 by user "yarichin1972". They never posted anything else. I'll try to upload all of them here
