You mean like his last two videos? It's not like he's exclusively whispering in them as he's mostly just whispering specific words as triggers but given that he's only just started whispering, give him time to get adjusted to it... he may not have been comfortable speaking at first. His video two days ago was the first time he ever spoke into the microphone so it's entirely possible he starts actually talking instead of exclusively opting for trigger words.
Personally, I'm just curious where he's from - I think Europe, at the least. I noticed, before he spoke, that he didn't appear to be a native English speaker given various grammatical errors that are typical of non-native speakers, and he has an accent from what I can tell in the last two videos, but I can't place it just yet because he's whispering and not speaking softly so there are certain sounds I can't quite make out.
