why would you use the symbol for inches instead of just putting a s after the 10?

i'm portuguese. maybe on your side of europe you use ' and " for the time, but here, we just use the numbers and letters like everyone else. it's 1h, 1m, 1s. alternatively, 00:10 for 10 seconds if the video is under 10 minutes or 00:00:10 if it's over 10 minutes, but 10s would just be the way to do it

He’s probably experimenting to see how he can improve his views. The YT algorithm hasn’t been too kind to his channel as some of his latest vids only managed to get 500-600 views. The latest video doesn’t have the RPG video game music though.
