Don't take anything he does personally. I've been following his Instagram for a while and I think in addition to his tourettes, he suffers from some type of mental illness. His behavior and responses to everything is erratic/irrational 90% of the time. Like his responses to most things doesn't make rational sense or is logical; even when he's being "serious." I think that's why his only source of income is onlyfans bc that's the only job he's be able to keep. Like I'm not sure if he even finished high school with the way he acts. I think that's why he's in his 20s and still living at home being supported by his family. Many people with tourettes take care of themselves as adults but Carlos seems to be suffering from more than just tourettes.

Exactly. I know tourettes is a serious disorder but it's like he's made that his entire personality and excuse for him to act negatively. Like he'll do or say something terrible and then say it was bc he has tourettes and I'm like really? You can't blame every negative action on you having tourettes. I don't think he's a good person with good intentions even when he's not having his ticks.

His family did owner a restaurant before they shut it down.

His Tourette’s is at the very severe end of the spectrum though. He had brain surgery and you don’t get offered surgery on your brain for a minor medical issue.

His tics were so bad he was basically unable to hold a conversation his vocal tics were so severe they would just answer for him, also couldn’t sit still or sleep. Check out his ‘sit still challenge’ or him trying to read stuff on his old YouTube videos.

He still appears to struggle with all that sometimes post surgery too. I think that’s why his messages may come across blunt or rude to some people. It takes him a lot of effort to write text messages.

Tourette’s does usually come with other neurodiverse conditions such as ADHD, OCD, Autism etc, he has mentioned in his videos previously he has OCD, and his tics and messages appear to often follow a pattern of someone with OCD by the way he repeats certain words in certain orders.

He appears drugged up a lot of the time too, just so he can get some relative peace, must be exhausting but that will have an impact on his moods too.

I think he spends too much time alone reading nonsense on the internet too without good friends around him to call out that crap.
