Well I’m back…

I know I’m supposed to be trying tho changing my mindset and working on myself in the gym. In more recent times, that hasn’t been happening as often since I got bogged down by a lot of college homework, and I’m still bogged down. It’s been so bad, that I hadn’t gone to the gym or jiu jitsu for the past four days, and I guess it’s making my insecurity about my body flare up again. :( I’ve been feeling bad that I couldn’t balance working out with my school work as well as other people. And I had been really been trying, and I failed, and I guess I felt really bad about that.
