i would say all FTM guys identify as male since that's pretty much the definition of the terminology: Female to Male. and as such, they are living their lives as men.

however, some FTM guys are sexually attracted to women and some are sexually attracted to men....or even both. sexual attraction can encompass a wide and varied range, as i'm sure you already know.

i've seen some videos with two or three FTM guys, but FTM guys with cis-gendered women seem fairly rare in my experience--at least from more well-known FTM content creators. i just did a Google search using these keywords: "ftm" "strapon" "porn" "videos" and it did come back with quite a few results. i think "strapon" is the operative word because it indicates there could be, for lack of a better way to say it, "some fucking that doesn't involve a cis-gendered male." of course you will also get results of cis-gendered guys getting fucked in the ass by FTM dudes wearing strapons--which isn't exactly what you are looking for. but at least you've narrowed things down a bit, making it easier to separate the wheat from the chaff.

you also might want to check PornHub using their search feature and some various combinations of the following keywords: "ftm" "transman" "strapon" "girlfriend" "wife" and "lesbian." PornHub is mostly amateur (homemade) videos, but i do recall seeing videos with FTM dudes and their IRL female partners (cunnilingus, clit play, etc.). i think you might like those. well, good luck in your search!
