Is pubic hair trendy again?

I don't understand you shavers. Men look so much better with bush. If I hook up with a dude who doesn't have pubes, I send him back home. It's a total boner shrinker for me.
Agree. Totally shaved men resemble boys and I'm not N2 boys.

I feel like I could write a whole dissertation about how the disillusionment of late capitalism has compelled the gen z to value feeling over fronting... and how they've ditched social media apps that quantify one's self worth with metrics that ultimately render us a product for sale that must be equal parts likeable, bookable and fuckable.

it makes sense to not want to prune what's sprouting naturally from our bodies. body hair in its natural state is boldly authentic and I don't think body confidence is very profitable...

ultimately we're too "woke" to wanna be shaved up for likes or aesthetics. it's like take me as I am, or not at all lol. plus I think the internet has made it safe to embrace our kinks and turn ons. I remember there was a time you were deemed certified CREEP for liking feet and now everybody is posting soles on main. it's like that with body hair. the tides have turned from perfectly manicured Tyler Durdens to imperfectly hot dudes with dad bods and fuzzy dick and balls, laying pipe for the mutual joy of it and not just to prove their sexual prowess or virility or whatever.

in my opinion body types and physical features shouldn't be "trendy" because you're ultimately going to be excluding some people for something they can't help. I think pubes are hot, but I also encourage everyone to do what feels best for them.

Recently I shaved just for the hell of it because it had been so long and my boyfriend got pissed and demanded I never do so again lol. Works for me because I hate shaving and it reaffirmed my self-confidence in how I look natural. I also immediately regretted it and wished I hadn’t done so.

I couldn’t agree with you more. Natural Bush and pits are the ultimate, masculine details…the look, the feel and the scent.

I think it is back honestly. I see way more younger men with bushes than I did before. millennials by and large seem to still be trimming and if you see a full bush it’s a 20 year old gen z guy, but I see it way more.

Covid and the late capitalism comment…think it’s shifting!

Back in my college years (late 90s), the first guy I saw who shaved his pubes was a roommate I had. Do you know why he did it? Because he saw it in porn

Let me explain... In the 90s, most guys (over 90%) didn't shave or trim. Everyone had full bushes, based on what I remember with friends, roommates, gym locker rooms, and swim teammates. However, at that time in the porn industry, men started to trim their bushes or even shave them. Someone told me once that it happened because, with less pubic hair, it was easier to film closeups and see details in sex scenes. Anyway, that is why my roommate started to shave his pubes, most guys in porn were doing it. Also, he told me that his dick looked bigger that way. A few years later, everyone started to do it.

The reason I tell this story is that I think most guys started to do it because it started as a trend (which made it cool) that then became a rule: if you want to get laid you should get rid of the body hair down there.

I would like to know how many guys who shave or trim do it because they really prefer it that way and how many do it because it is what most guys do and they feel some social pressure, or because of sex partner's expectations, plus because every men's grooming expert has a video/post telling them why you should manscape.

I set the guard on my clippers at its longest setting and trim. Not only my bush, but my pits and chest, too. Because I like it that way. I trim the hair on my ball sac closer. Because I like it that way. I get my back waxed. Again, because it’s what I like.

I don't shave my pubes. I have a natural bush and when I can I wear thongs or g string swimsuits in public that show off some of my pubes. BTW do any of you have recommendations for a swimsuit that shows my pubes fully? Custom mens Thong Swimsuit Review Photo Edit.jpg

Recently, I have noticed that guys are letting their pubic hair grow natural or just slightly trimmed. It surprised me because, a few years ago, manscaping was all the rage and almost everyone I met sexually or in the locker rooms at the gym was either very trimmed or fully shaved. It became trendy in the early 2000s when the whole metrosexual men era came up.
I am not complaining about this new pubic hair era. After all, I came of age during the full bush era of the 90s.

Until just recently, most younger guys were going for the trimmed or shaved pubes look. But now it seems that more often guys, and younger ones, are back to having pubic hair and sometimes full bushes. I've seen it at my gym, but also in porn and in the OnlyFans and Camshows (Chaturbate) space as well.

It is trendy to have pubes again? Why do you think now young guys are not trimming or shaving as they were doing it a few years ago?
Let's hope so. It never should have happened. Pubes are so masculine

One of my favorite male models. In addition to his gorgeous and unique features (I'm obsessed with his eyes, nose, and lips), I absolutely love the fact that he's a young, American guy who is not only completely unashamed to get naked in front of the camera, but does so while sporting a "hood" and full bush in a country where most of his peers are overwhelmingly circumcised and shaved. I hope he serves as an inspiration to other young guys to embrace their natural bodies.

The nude pics were taken when he was in his early 20s. He'll be 31 soon, and his physique is looking better and better as he ages.
