He could've tried to refund? Explain? Acknowledge his fault? Apologize? You know, anything except "I'm just starting, if you're unhappy then unsubscribe." Us calling him out for his behavior is just providing context for others, and what are you even objecting to, we are not "nice enough" to him?
If you want to give him the benefit of the doubt, fine, I never condemned anyone for how they choose to spend their money. But if you decide that pampering him & attacking those calling him out will help you get see better content from him, you're in for a world of disappointment; that's just a sad, sad outlook on life. I won't keep arguing with you since what's the point, but for your own sake I hope one day you'll look back and wonder what even it is you're trying to defend.
