Yes, I've heard that theory about him and it's certainly possible. His penis shape does resemble what I've seen in medical articles about deformities caused by priapism, which can apparently be a complication of sickle cell disease. I've even seen a scar on the underside of his penis that could be from an incision for the insertion of a tube used to drain the blood in the emergency treatment of severe priapism. This is all speculation, however. But the idea that the thickest dick in porn may have not been entirely "natural" adds an interesting perspective to the topic of girth.

Just to be clear, I don't want to see any woman in serious pain and not enjoying herself. A bit of pain is OK just as long as she's OK with it.
