Is it one hundred percent sure that he's uncircumcised? From the pics it seems he is but he doesn't have much foreskin at all. Or is it a loose circumcision? Not saying that it's impossible at all but if he was born in the U.S. and is white and a young adult, the odds are heavily in favor of being circumcised.
