Kinda over him now lol. Though I really like his recommendations, it’s like 80% of it was already covered by most booktubers already (i’ve been into booktube recently after I started watching only his stuff). Also he tends to gravitate towards books w/ pretty/minimalistic covers, i noticed he even gets the "rarer/alternate" version if it looks good. Which is not bad but in my country most of these pretty books/cover alternatives are not available and overseas shipping are beyond expensive and i kinda get jealous lol.

I recently started watching his channel because I'm a bookworm and was looking for some new perspectives. He's cute and I like he's personality, but I nearly destroyed my computer spitting out my coffee when he mentioned having a gf in his older videos. We all have our own personal journey of self-discovery and acceptance, so I won't judge him, but if he is actually straight, he is the gayest straight man I've ever seen.
I wish him well, but I suspect he'll come out as bi or queer in the not to distant future.
hell yeah from the first moment of his video about taylor swift I knew it and men watching his channel he do thousands of references to memes from the lgbt community he made reference to demi lovato and lollapalooza and covid and vaccine in a single sentence once for god sakes I don't follow the english twitter but i can get the references cuz us brazilians we also use it
I can understand if at the time he entered university at 17 or 18 and ended up at 22, he is still having his first experiences of adult life right? self-discovering and such first things like drinking, weed, drugs, dating, sex let's see what will happen
I hope that the amount of followers doesn't make him question whether or not he should come out because he appears to be someone with a strong personality, convinced of who he is and with a good oratory of speech

I find it really strange how he's so openly queer in his behaviour and interests... without ever being open about actually being queer. It's like he wants to reap the benefits of being queer (or at least ambiguous sexuality) without having to deal with the negative effects of it.
And before people hound me with the 'its his business if he doesnt want to come out' bullshit- everyone already thinks he's gay and he's an influencer who could help a lot of people by coming out.
