he’s not thoughI still think he's gay.
I still think he's gay.
Him all sweaty so hotI can picture him and his girlfriend have really hot sex
I agree with everything, except I will never praise a straight guy for portraying a gay character when gay actors don’t get any praise for portraying a character that’s gay or otherwise. There’s nothing exceptional about a straight man acting as a gay characterHe confirmed it on multiple occasions now that he is straight and I’m sure he would have absolutely no problem to come out if he had to.
Can’t we just appreciate that a straight man is doing so much for the LGBQT community, like portraying a confident gay character in a successful TV show and raising a lot of money for the trevor project? There are people who are just not interested in the same sex.
Isn't that kinda... exactly what the others do to gay actors too? Do you think it helps if you do exactly what those bigots do?I agree with everything, except I will never praise a straight guy for portraying a gay character when gay actors don’t get any praise for portraying a character that’s gay or otherwise. Cristiano Ronaldo has also stated numerous times that he is straight and that does not stop people from believing that he is gay, especially when we know how homophobic the sport and entertainment sector is. I just think that a man who is comfortable with his sexuality, does not need to say many times that he is straight or that he is not gay.

Being out in sports especially in soccer is something completely! different. Jack already has a super open and supportive community so there would be no reason to not come out. The impact of Cristiano coming out and Jack coming out are completely different so you can’t compare that. The sports industry is male dominated, gays are not allowed on the field or whatsoever and Cristiano is known all over the world.
Jack only stated that he is straight because tabloids were bugging and scrutinizing him to an extend where he had no choice but to address his sexuality.
I will wrap up the discussion because in my opinion, if someone is still so delusional to think that Jack is gay, I can’t help it
It's not about him being gay or not, it's about the right of people to think what they want, I used Cristiano Ronaldo as an example, because he also faced rumors about his sexuality and despite having denied it countless times, people still believe that he is gay, so I think it is a right and a choice of the person to believe what wants, now about him being gay or not, this is his private matter and we can only hope and wish him to live his life and be happy.
Gay guys have been playing straight guys since films were invented as a medium.Isn't that kinda... exactly what the others do to gay actors too? Do you think it helps if you do exactly what those bigots do?
What’s your point exactly? Gay actors don’t get called “brave” or “provocative” for portraying a straight character, but you always hear people praising straight actors for “having the courage” to portray a gay character. There’s nothing bigoted or even bigot-adjacent about what I said.Isn't that kinda... exactly what the others do to gay actors too? Do you think it helps if you do exactly what those bigots do?
Hey guys - although its a really interesting and thought provoking discussion, can you either take it to PM or create a seperate thread? What’s your point exactly?
