I think it's mostly because of them being scared of twitch banning them for showing skin, we did see more of Jack's skin than this in the water park blog

it's funny cause they won't get banned for showing skin. That rule hasn't been in place for a very long time now. You just can't be sexual in nature and we see from the hot tub stuff that you really have to push the limit lol. A guy can stream shirtless. I've seen it before. I've been in a stream where the guy was shirtless and there was a twitch staff member there. Granted the staff member was gay and that may have something to do with it, but still.
A lot of streamers are weary about showing skin, it's not a Jack Manifold or Minecraft thing. Twitch bans people for easy mistakes, so they have every right to be worried about being banned over something so small.
I've never said otherwise. I'm just saying that when it comes to skin the concern is misplaced now. It was based on a previous ban because female streamers wore skimpy clothing lol. Also, if you are a big streamer you are more or less fine. You have to be incredibly egregious. They aren't going to get banned for being on stream shirtless unless they are being sexual or it was a sub goal, but even then it's unlikely.
It is actually more likely these people don't want to be sexualized, which is understandable. I'm sure the old ban plays a role but I don't think it's a strong influence.
They may also want to be safe, Twitch can sometimes be inconsistent with rules

Like he's gonna go from not wanting to show body because of the horny fans to being self-conscious lol. So many of these cunts on twitter are the equivalent of dirt under the shoe.
