A lot of it is human nature — sex sells. Simple as that. Lust is powerful and even men make a fraction of what women can make as escorts or even making content. People will fork out tons of money to satisfy their sexual desire especially the old and super rich.
It helps when you have a good partner in crime too — OF is a perfect criminal partner. Anything you pay for there is considered a tip, so if JFelt is out there sending out pics that aren’t him or misleading/lying captions, he still keeps all the money.

It’s because he is leasing these cars and turning them in after the 6-month lease is over with. Yeah, he’s probably spending a shit-ton of money on the lease payments, but he’s not smart enough to 1) utilize the lease effectively and 2) spend the money towards something he could own. His “$100,000” comment is just to make himself feel more important when in reality he couldn’t afford the real payments. It’s all about the image to him, and the moment everyone is bored and annoyed with him, he’ll be getting his Toyota Carolla like everyone else.
