That's garbage, many influencers did videos about how much they were supposedly worth. I would be shocked if he had over 50k.
He was pretty big 2-3 years ago so would have made a little bit of money but he's dropped off a lot now and won't be making much, he was begging people to buy badges on Instagram live and telling them he would follow them. I think he made $70 in 30 minutes before he gave up.

It's just a way of showing support on Instagram, you buy a badge, and he gets $1/3/5 depending on the level of badge and the person just gets it by their name. Just like a sub on Twitch.
He was begging for them and telling people he would follow whoever bought the top tier badges, so he must have needed some money.
