I feel like since they showed his dick pic in the iphone … (definitely not his) he probally not really hung enough like that in real to do a frontal… but maybey we’ll get a frontal with a prothestic … I have faith we will see some more from him… I really thought that was him at first in that Cal flashback scene.. great casting..

I don't know..I think a lot of the times the producer's don't want to pay out, so they get the lesser known actors to do the nudity instead of the main cast.
Not really we don't know who decided this, besides season 1 he had 3 nude scenes, 2 of them in the same episode.
