I mean stereotypes are somewhat based in reality but this was his point, you can't just tell based on physical appearance and behaviour alone. I'm a short top and I'm often mistaken for a bottom by some guys because of my "gentle" and "soft" demeanour outside of bed so I know this all too well (although I'm a bit muscular).

Also, in my humble opinion his clothing style is way too neutral to make him qualify as camp lol
