I actually agree as someone who is fully against unprotected sex and that means just using prep alone most gay men have always been carefree and wreckless with their sexual health. I was thinking more due to trauma or bullying. In that sense, most of us are "dead behind the eyes". Or at least a lot of us are, in my opinion.
Plenty of people go through bullying and "trauma" doesn't mean you have to reduce yourself to a walking sperm bank.
