Does he hate football or is just indifferent? It seems like those college athletes influencer lead with their sports crap especially if it has something like D-1 related to it as if most people know or care what the fuck that means.

He never talks about football or uses it for his main SM draw. If he’s Gay baiting that should be his big schtick, like Dalton Chandler did throughout his college baseball career. And kudos to Dalton’s mom who handled his SM, she knew what she was doing.

I did look into his football background wondering why a Texas football guy would come to NJ for football. He went to one of those huge sports boarding high schools for football in Florida, it’s like those tennis schools that those two African American sisters went to in Florida as well.

It cost like 80,000 a year, more than even regular boarding schools, impressive that his parents have that much coin and seem to continue to as well. Of course Rutgers tuition is probably a big drop from that and they’re paying less for college then they did for high school.

Those schools all but guarantee slots at top colleges and football programs, which is why students go there. I still don’t know how Rutgers of all places fit into it or if it’s one of the D list programs. They also stress the athlete/ scholar image and I think tutor and hand hold the kids academically to make them look like they are smart as well.

After doing the grind of that kind of sports high school for four or how many years, he did that he probably just wants to get the fuck off that loop. Especially knowing it’s not all leading to a career in the major leagues. Maybe football was an ends to a means that’s not necessarily what he’s after anymore.

I am impressed with him working to reshape his body to become a fashion model. He knows he can’t be that bulky and large for fashion and I guess doesn’t want to pursue fitness modeling, despite having a better chance at that.

But I hold that he’s got too much of an all American look for fashion work in Europe. He’d be much better in things like A&F campaigns. But from the start I thought he was much too short for modeling. He could be 6’1”, but he reads shorter at least in video for some reason.

Crazy this man was a 5-star recruit... literally the top players in the world. To go from that to "medically retired" aka quitting freshman year?! Seems like the str8 football jock was all just an act and now that he's coming out of his shell(closet) little by little he's leaving it behind... he really prob only stayed in as long as he did for the locker room shows he got of his teammates!

He looks good, but I think he was sexier when he was bulkier :p

Bulky boys don’t get to be European run way models, and that’s the new goal. Though he did put away $60 of sushi in one night this week and endless bowls of chipotle. He must have great metabolism.

Yeah true. I forgot that he isn’t a football player anymore so for modeling he has to be leaner and not so bulky

I love him but he does not have the looks nor the aesthetic to be a model lmaoo. Especially in Europe... Maybe for Abercrombie or some American brand like that but I doubt they'll put someone like him on a high fashion runway. Have you seen those boys? They look like literal angelic twinks lol

But AE, Abercrombie all them want like skinny coachella type boys hahahah

So, may I’m slow on the uptake, but with this last trip home is it that he lives on the grounds of the Ritz-Carlton? Do they have residential units that people live or retire to and then use all the amenities of the hotel as clubhouse, food and recreation? I guess I knew things like that existed, but I had no idea what it looked liked.

And again, I’m still confused why he would chose a state public school to go to college at in a state he didn’t live in?

Football scholarships that's why...He was one of the highest rated long-snappers coming out of high-school 1-2 years ago. And I think he's said before that Rutgers gave him the best offers

They live in a house that backs up to an adjacent golf course, not the one the Ritz manages, but are likely members of the one at the Ritz. Dues for a course like that in Texas is probably $12k a year, give or take.

I’m sure it was for scholarship and they offered a better deal than UCLA did. He committed to UCLA and then backed out of it to join Rutgers.

How could anyone give up UCLA for Rutgers? UCLA is one of the most stunningly beautiful college campuses in a lovely neighborhood in southern California and when I lived in LA I’d go hang out there all the tine even not being a student.

Meanwhile, for all the years I lived in NJ I dreaded the one time I had to go to Rutgers and abandoned any thought of going there after that visit and the rude chaotic people and subpar campus.

Rutgers gave a full scholarship, probably housing allowance too. Which does beg the question, why this “medical retirement” after his freshman year when this was clearly something he was pursuing for a very long time. Pretty sure the full ride goes away once you’re off the team.

Actually, he is still getting his scholarship because he's working for the team behind the scenes.

Thats highly unlikely. NCAA limits the number of scholarships a team can give out and Jake’s position was already filled by a recruit they likely awarded the scholarship to.
