I'm very late to the party, but I was on a nostalgia kick for Jake Steel today, stumbled upon on this thread, and felt compelled to answer your question to the best of my ability:

I assume that the "infamous dick" here was Mason Wyler's, as he was arguably the most famous performer in his group at the time (he started out on Corbin Fisher and then completed a high profile circuit with Falcon and Next Door Studios during their 2000s heyday (among others).
