He was 27 on release so I don't know about all that. Where in the movie would they have put him shirtless? Honest question.
Funny thing: he had mostly older people shirtless, not counting Jackman.
When they all heard Rogue's screaming at night and went to see what happened, or maybe in the end, like there's a scene where they come back to school to "lick their woonds" and get medical aid or smth. If he had a whole mutant coming out scene in thr 2nd movie I'm sure undressing Cyclops would've been an easy-peasy task
