Which website do you believe released it first?

In the case of ORWE00099 file, I believe igxx69 is the first, because it has a watermark, and I found it first.

But the best quality file released from igxx69 is only 200M (720p), 400M (1080p), but other sites keep increasing the file size to 700M, 800M (720p), up to 2.5G (720p), even though it seems to come from the same source. It is increasing the file size even more, but the quality of the file is not getting any better.
